摘要
某煤气化电厂1#汽轮机在一次甩负荷试验中发现该机组甩全负荷动态特性不合格,转速飞升过高。主要原因是电超速保护系统的设计存在缺陷,高压油动机动作延迟。针对这种情况,进行了相应的改造,在高压油动机两侧机底各加装2个电磁阀,加快了甩负荷过程中汽门的关闭。改造后,运行稳定可靠。
It was found that the dynamic characteristic was unqualified during one experiment of reducing all load of No. 1 turbine in the heat and power plant of Taiyuan coal gasification. The speed of turbine increased to a very high level. The main cause is that the electric over-speed protectional system has a defect-the action of high pressure oil-motor sluggish. For this instance, improvement was carried on. To each side of the machine bottom of high pressure oil-motor was added one electromagnetic valve, so that the steam valve closed faster than before during the load reduction. After reformation, the unit runs stably and reliably.
