摘要
介绍了提高辽河催化柴油十六烷值所采取两种方法的研究结果。第一种方法是不同属性原油的裂化原料油掺和法,在掺和石蜡中间基原料油达50%(m)时,十六烷值可以提高7~8个单位,第二种方法是用糠醛萃取回炼油,除去部分芳烃的办法,催化柴油十六烷值只能提高3~4个单位,虽然两种方法都不能解决辽河催化柴油十六烷值低的问题,但可做为今后工作的借鉴。
This paper gives the results of the two methods used in the study to increase the cetane number of Liaohe catalytic diesel oil. Of the two methods, one is a method to blend the crude oil of different attributes. By using this method, when 50%(m) of paraffin-base crude oil is blended, the cetane number can be raised by 7-8 units. The other is a method to extract FCC recycle oil and remove part of the aromatic hydrocarbon by using furfural. With the second method, the cetane number of catalytic diesel oil can only be raised by 3-4 units. Although they cannot solve the problem of the small cetane number of Liaohc catalytic diesel oil, the two methods can be used for reference in future study work.
