摘要
沿海地区对渔业资源的过度开发导致了渔业社会发展缓慢,渔区现代化受阻,社会矛盾突出。要实现海洋渔业社会协调发展,必须树立人海和谐的理念,合理配置渔业资源,引导渔民转产转业。
The overdeveloped littporal fishery resources postoned fishery society. The modernization suffocated and social contradiction extruded in the fishery community. We need construct the harmony idea between human and ocean, configure fishery resources with reason and lead fishing population to be transferred to civilian work, so that realize the harmonic development of society of marine fishery.
