Analytical Philosophy's Perspectives on Metaphor——Partly-on the Difference between Metaphors and Analogies

本文首先介绍了几位分析哲学家对隐喻的意义定位及隐喻的工作机制的分析,总结出两条识别隐喻的进路,并基于这两条进路对隐喻和类比等概念的区别做出了澄清。

In this paper, I starts to introduce some analytical philosophers ＇analysis of which is about what is the status of metaphorical meaning and how do metaphors work, and then summarizes two approaches about how to identify the metaphor. Lastly, based on these two approaches, I try to make a difference between the concept of metaphor and analogy.
