摘要 采用LIBO2熔样,电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱(ICP-AES)法对催化原料高岭土样品实现了一次熔样,分析了高岭土中的主次量元素。对影响其光谱测量的各种因素进行了较为详细的研究,确定了实验的最佳测定条件。结果表明,方法的检出限为0.005~0.857μg/mL,回收率为91.7%~104.2%,RSD(精密度)小于4.61%。该法准确、快速、简便,对国家标准样品GBW03121和GBW03122的分析结果与推荐值吻合。 The lithium metaborate fusion method decompose technique was used in the Inductively Coupled Plasma- Atomic Emission Spectrometry (ICP-AES) method determination of major and minor elements of catalytic stocks from Kaolin Clay. The various factors affecting spectrum intensity were examined in details. The optimum conditions for the deterruination was tested and discussed. The detection limits of the method were 0.005 -0. 857 μg/mL. The recycling rate ranked from 91.7 % to 104.2%. RSD was less than 4.61%. This method was accurate, quick acquired and convenient. The method was examined using a standard sample from National Startdards of China GBW03121 and GBW03122. The results were coincident with the reference values.
