摘要
以L-赖氨酸盐酸盐为原料与碱式碳酸铜反应生成二赖氨酸铜配合物保护α-NH2,从而对ω-NH2进行胍基化得到二高精氨酸合铜配合物,再经过脱铜、离子交换树脂除杂和酸化得到最终产物高精氨酸盐酸盐。产物经元素分析I、R表征其结构,HLPC测其纯度达99%以上。
In this process, L-lysine monohydrochloride reacted with Copper carbonate to protect α- NH2 and ω- NH2 was guanldlnated with O - methylisourea sulfate,then copper ion was removed by(NH4)2S and acidificated with HCl, L- Homoarginie monohydrochloride was obtained, the product was analyzed by element analysis, IR and HLPC.
