烤烟主要化学成分与多酚类物质的典型相关性分析 被引量:11

摘要 本文采用典型相关分析方法考察了中部烤烟的主要化学指标与多酚类物质之间的关系。分析结果表明:糖类化合物与多酚类物质的两对典型相关系数均达1%极显著水平;含氮化合物与多酚类物质的两对典型相关系数分别达到1%和5%显著水平;无机物质与多酚类物质的第一典型相关系数也达到1%极显著水平。 The relationship between polyphenols and saccharide, nitrogen contents or inorganic matters of middle flue - cured tobacco leaf was studied by using the method of canonical correlation. The results indicated that two pairs of canonical correlation coefficients of polyphenols and saccharide were significant at 1% level, while two pairs of canonical correlation coefficients of polyphenols and nitrogen content were at 1% and 5 % level respectively. Similarly the first correlation coefficient of polyphenols and inorganic matters was significant at 1% level.
