基于全球性互动的地方产业网络发展研究——以上海浦东IC地方产业网络为例

Development of Local Industrial Network Based on Global Interaction-a Case Study

由于跨国公司的全球运营、国际贸易和社会人际网络,各个区域的地方产业网络被价值链纳入全球经济系统。全球价值链对不同区域产业网络的整合,不仅带来了竞争,更加促进了产业网络间全球性互动。相对地域性互动,全球性的互动是地方产业网络间的一种“弱联系”。它拓宽了地方产业网络学习的界面,为地方产业网络间信息、知识、技术的交流,架起了桥梁,更产生了地方产业网络升级的源源动力。在这种研究视角下,本文从“弱联系优势理论”阐述了全球性互动的含义,探讨了嵌入全球价值链中的地方产业网络间互动对其升级的影响。在实地调研的基础上,以浦东集成电路产业网络为研究对象,阐述了浦东集成电路地方产业网络与美国硅谷、中国台湾新竹等IC地方产业网络间互动对浦东IC地方产业网络升级的影响。

The global operation of MNC, international trade and social network bring the local industrial network into the global economic system through value chain. The integrated local industrial networks through global value chain result in not only competition, but also interaction. Compared with the local interaction, the global interaction is a weak tie which expends the learning interface and bridges the local industrial networks in information, knowledge and technology. Based on the meanings of global interaction and the influences of global interaction on local industrial network, the paper makes a case study on Pudong integrated circuit （IC） industrial network and inquires into the great influences on upgrading of Pudong IC network by global interaction.
