Sn^(4+)对钌铂催化剂催化芳香硝基化合物加氢影响

摘要 聚乙烯吡咯烷酮(PVP)稳定的负载型钌铂双金属催化剂R u-P t/-γA l2O3,是用乙醇-水混合溶液还原方法制备的,用它来催化不同芳香硝基化合物中硝基的选择性加氢,主要考察Sn4+离子对催化剂性能的影响。结果表明,往R u-P t/-γA l2O3催化的反应体系中加入Sn4+离子,催化剂活性和选择性均大幅度提高,氯代硝基苯的脱氯反应得到很好地抑制。 Hydrogenation of various of aromatic nitro-compounds was investigated over the polyvinylpyrrolide (PVP)-stabilized Ru-Pt/(-Al2O3 bimetaUic catalyst prepared by C2H5OH-H2O reduction. The addition of Sn^4+ to the reaction system can considerably modulate both the activity and the selectivity of the catalyst. Especially, the dechlorination of haloaromatic nitro-compounds was inhibited enormously. The mechanism of the modification of Sn^4+ was discussed in a way.
