摘要
使用单因素法对提取所用的乙醇浓度、料液比、提取次数以及每次提取的时间等因素进行了研究,采用水蒸气蒸馏法蒸去迷迭香干叶中的精油,再用溶剂法提取迷迭香抗氧化剂。以脂溶性抗氧化剂的得率为指标。结果显示,乙醇浓度、料液比和提取次数对产品得率的影响较大,最佳工艺条件为:95%(v/v)乙醇、料液比1∶5(v/w)、提取4次,每次1 h。对产品主要成分用红外光谱进行了初步鉴定,同时对产品在猪油中的抗氧化性能进行了测定,结果表明,该产品在猪油中具有较好的抗氧化性能。
The essential oil was removed from the rosemary leaves by vapor-distillation method and rosemary antioxidant was obtained by solvent-extraction. The single factor experiment was design as guided by oil-soluble antioxidant yield, and the influences of ethanol concentration, the ratio of liquid to materials, extracting times and time of each extracting procedure were discussed. The results showed that ethanol concentration, the ratio of liquid to materials and extracting times contributed mostly to the extraction yield, and the best extraction conditions were as follows: 95% (ethanol concentration, v/v), 1:5(ratio of liquid to materials, v/w), 4 times (extracting times) and 1 hour each time. IR was used to determine the compositions of the extracts. The antioxidative efficiency of the extracts was very good by measuring in the lard.
