缓解电力短缺的一种新方法

A new way for relieving the pressure of electric power supply

针对我国当前电力紧缺的现状,提出了一种改装现用电表的家庭节电智能分时计费新概念,对加强电能计量管理无疑是一种切实可行而且是最经济的办法。提出的智能电度表与专门设计的分时计费电度表不同,毋须更换原有的感应式电度表,利用单片机功能,略加改装,便能使之具有在用电的高峰期与低谷期分时计算电费的功能。在现有电度表的基础上进行改装,费用低,因而使电力的分时计费成为现实和可行。

Owing to the power shortage at the moment, a new concept of household power savings is presented. Carrying out intelligent time-sharing charging, and enhancing metering control of electric power are without doubt a practical , effective and cheapest way for power savings. The intelligent time- sharing meter presented by the author is different from the traditional ones specially designed for this purpose; replacement of kilowatthour meters now available is not needed. By the use of a single microprocessor, only a little modification enables it to perform time-sharing charging during peak or valley load. The repacking expenses are rather low, and the introduction of time-sharing charging system of power supply will be more realistic and applicable.
