1998年,河北省通过组织实施国家863计划智能化农业信息技术——河北示范区项目,研制开发了集农业专家系统咨询服务、农业智能语音查询服务、农业手机短信服务、网站综合信息服务、单机版光盘、农业触摸屏等为一体的智能化农技推广综合服务模式。经几年的应用并不断完善和创新,使其更具先进性、科学性、实用性,取得了显著的经济效益和社会效益。
