摘要
将资产证券化这一金融创新工具运用到林业生产建设融资中,是解决林业建设资金短缺这一难题的有效途径。在分析资产证券化的含义和适用条件的基础上,着重讨论了森林资源资产证券化的适用条件和对我国林业产业发展的作用,提出了发展我国森林资源资产证券化的措施建议。
Securitization,which is a new financing tool,is a valid solution to raise money in forestry. This paper analyzes nature character and meaning of ABS, discusses apply condition of asset - backed securitization and the positive role of forestry industry＇ s development in China and puts forward the policy suggestions to develop asset- backed securitization of forestry resources in China.
