养鹿场经营中存在的问题及对策

实施天然林资源保护工程后,新疆林区森工企业在产业结构调整中,依托资源优势,大力发展天山马鹿养殖业。但是,由于在后期经营中缺乏科学性,没有彻底摆脱计划经济经营模式的束缚,短短几年内,经营效益日下,负债殃及林场。为此,提出了要遵循经济规律转变经营观念;改革经营体制,提高劳动者素质,对天山马鹿实行科学饲养,提高其产品的科技含量等对策,以促进养鹿业的健康发展。

After practising the project of nature forest, the forest industry business begin to adjust the industry structure to breed Tianshan red deer depending on the resource advantage in Xinjiang. But beacause lack scientifical techonology and fetter by plan economy system, the economy benefit is not better. Some deer form closed down. So raise up the contermeasures of changing the management idea according to economy law, making a progress of labour quality. Using the scientifical methold to breed the deer and raise up the scientifical and technological content of the products to prompting the deer farm＇ s healthy development.
