Management of Enterprise Finance Risk

企业在各项财务活动过程中,由于受到各种不确定因素的影响,使其经营成果具有不确定性。风险虽然是客观的,并且不能完全取消,但风险却可以预测、控制和管理,企业应该建立风险控制和管理的机制,对风险进行控制和管理,减少风险对企业的影响,使企业达到收益最大化。

In the course of financial activity, the result of enterprise is uncertain. Risk can he forecast and controlled and managed though it is objective and cannot he cancelled. So, enterprise should establish mechanism of risk control and management to reduce impact on enterprise in order to maximise earnings of enterprise.
