摘要
探讨了膨润土钠化改性的机理,系统地研究了钙基膨润土的几种钠化改性方法,重点讨论了温度、反应时间、钠化剂用量对悬浮液法钠化钙基膨润土的影响,并用改性前后的膨润土进行对比造球实验,找到了适宜的提高球团质量的钠化方法。
Modification mechanism of bentonite was researched in this paper. Some modification methods bentonite by sodium salts were also described. Influence of temperature and time in activation and of Ca - of Na - activator on sodium modification of Ca - bentonite in suspending liquid was discussed emphatically. A sodium modification method which can increase quality of pellet was proposed in this paper.
