某氰化尾矿综合回收铜铅的试验研究 被引量:10

摘要 采用优先浮选铅、再活化浮选铜的工艺流程,对山东某黄金氰化厂氰化尾矿进行了实验室试验研究,结果表明:铅浮选采用一粗两扫三精的选别流程,选用水玻璃分散矿泥,硫酸锌抑制闪锌矿,异戊基黄药与乙硫氮作捕收剂,可取得铅回收率、品位分别为76.51%、43.28%的合格铅精矿;铜浮选采用一粗两扫两精的选别流程,选用脱药剂A、活化剂硫酸铜和B,捕收剂丁基铵黑药和Z-200号,可获得铜回收率、品位分别为62.03%、18.02%的合格铜精矿。 The nide leaching experimental research on comprehensive recovery plant in Shandong is performed. The technological of copper and lead from the tailings of a gold cyaflowsheet of selective flotation of lead and flotation of activated copper is adopted. Test results showed that the qualified lead concentrate with the recovery of 76.51% and the grade of 43.28% can be produced by using the flotation flowsheet of "one roughing - two scavenging - three cleaning ". The reagent combination adopted is as follows:sodium silicate is used as a dispersant, zinc sulfate is used as a depressor of sphalerite, and sodium amyl xanthate and sodium diethyl dithiocarbamate(DDTC) are used as collectors. The qualified copper concentrate with the recovery of 62.03% and the grade of 18.02% can be produced by using the flotation flowsheet of "One roughing - two scavenging - two cleaning". In this circumstance, reagent A is used as a remover of reagent, copper sulfate and reagent B are used as activators, and butyl ammonium aerofloat and Z -200 are used as collectors.
