摘要
生产硫酸铝排出的尾渣,是一种具有富含活性SiO2的人工火山灰材料,可部分替代矿渣作水泥的混合材。试验结果表明:当硫酸铝渣以3%-10%等量替代部分矿渣作混合材时,可缩短水泥凝结时间,提高水泥28d强度,但标准稠度需水量明显增加。
Aluminum sulfate tailings discharged during the production process of Al2(SO4)3 · 18H2O is a sort of man -made pozzolanic material containing reactive SiO2. It can partially replace blast -furnace slag as mixed materials used in production of cement. Test results showed that using 3% - 10% aluminum sulfate railings replaced equivalent blast -furnace slag as mixed materials, the setting time of the cement can be shortened obviously, and the 28d strength of cement is also increased.
