城乡结合部失地农民的权益保障探讨

城乡结合部地带,土地制度变革中的农民权益保护是当前社会关注的一个热点问题,它直接关系到我国经济的发展和社会稳定以及我国市场经济体制的完善.解决此问题是全面建设小康社会的根本任务.该文针对目前我国在所有制结构调整和城市化进程中出现的城乡结合部地带失地农民问题,通过对南宁市那洪镇失地农民的安置补偿跟踪调查并对调查结果进行分析,在此基础上提出了解决这一问题的思路及途径.

The city and countryside intersection region as well as the land system transforms involving the farmer rights and interests protection is a hot topic to which the current society pays attention, it relates directly to our country economy development and social stability as well as our market economy system con- summation. Solving this problem is our basic duty of comprehensively constructing well - off society. The purpose of the paper is to tackle the farmers＇ question in the city and countryside intersection region which appears in the system of ownership structure adjustment and the urbanized process at present. Through investigation and the analysis of the lost farmer＇ s placement and compensation in Nahong town, Nanning city, the paper makes suggestions and ways.
