摘要
将小鼠骨皮质移植在同系小鼠的腹部皮下,2周后取出进行体外培养。结果表明:骨皮质内的基质细胞具有很强的增殖能力,经过4~5周纯化后,体系内可见大量的基质细胞和细胞球;与骨髓细胞进行比较,发现此细胞较骨髓内基质细胞贴壁时间稍晚,但细胞增殖力较强,贴壁层内细胞组成及特性与骨髓基质细胞相似。提示骨皮质或骨小梁是骨髓基质细胞的源泉,其内的细胞在特定条件下。
Bone cortex implanted into homologous mice for 2 weeks was taken out and cuIturedin vitro. The results showed that stromal cells in bone cortex were irritated and they had strong prolif-erative ability; a large amount of stromal cells and cell ba11s could be seen in culture system after 4~5weeks incubation;compared with stromal cells in the bone marrow,the cells adhered slightly late andhad strong proliferative ability;component and property of adherent layer cells were similer to that ofstromal cells in bone marrow. The resuIts suggested that stromal cells originated from bone cortex inwhich cells could differentiate into hemopoietic stromal cell under certain condition。
