Effect of MLW extract on anti DNA and RNA virus

采用秘灵王（ＭＬｗ）提取物在人羊膜细胞ＦＬ株及小鼠纤维母细胞Ｌ９２９株上进行抗病毒作用研究，并对其抗病毒机理进行探讨。结果表明，ＭＬＷ提取物可不同程度地抑制ＤＮＡ病毒ＡｄＶ—Ⅲ、ＨＳＶ—１及ＲＮＡ病毒ＣＢ３Ｖ、ＰｏｌｉｏＶ、ＶＳＶ的致细胞病变效应（ＣＰＥ）。

The anti-virus activity of MLW extract was investigated in vitro using L-929 and FLcell line infected with DNA and RNA virus and the mechanism by which MLW extract exhibited theanti-virus activity was studied.The results showed that MLW extract might inhibit the growth ofVSV、Ad V Ⅲ、HSV 1、CB3V or PoliV,and CPE was also suppressed by MLW extract so that cul-ture cells were protected。
