The Effect of Dendritic Cell in Tumor Immunity

继手术、化疗、放疗之后免疫治疗越来越受到医学界的重视。但是,肿瘤的低免疫原性和机体对肿瘤的低免疫反应性,使得免疫治疗受到限制。目前,树突状细胞(DC)的免疫呈递作用,在提高机体对肿瘤的免疫反应得到进一步认识。有望成为临床上治疗肿瘤的新方法。

Immunotberapy has drawn more and more attention from medicine following up surgery and chemoradiotherapy of tumor.But the decreased immunogemicity and the body＇s low immune response to tumor restirict the use of the immunotherapy.The Dendritic Cell（DC）which can increase the immune response to tumor because of its immunal presentation has been futher recognized.Preparation and the effect of the DC which may be a novel approach to immunotherapy of the tumor in climic.
