乌司他丁在脓毒症时脏器保护作用的研究进展

Progress about Organ Protection of Ulinastatin in Sepsis

脓毒症是引起危重患者死亡的常见原因,脓毒症对人类健康和经济造成了巨大的威胁。新近的研究指出,乌司他丁能够阻断全身炎性反综合征(SIRS)/多脏器功能障碍综合征(MODS)的进程,显示出较强的脏器功能保护作用。本文就乌司他丁在脓毒症时的脏器保护作用的研究作一综述。

Sepsis is the common reason resulting in the death of patients with crisis,which also is a great threaten to people s health and economy. Recent researches demonstrated that ulinastatin can block the progress of SIRS/MODS and showed apparent protection to multiple organ function. This renew emphasines the beneficial effect fo ulinastatin on multiple organs in sepsis.
