摘要
本文采用气相色谱法测定几类食品中的甜蜜素含量,实验结果表明,该方法有很好的线性关系,相关系数为0.9995,最低检出限为0.3μg,加标回收率在94.6%-106.4%,相对标准偏差RSD〈4%;同时说明采用超声波方法处理固体样品能够处理完全。该方法简便快捷、准确度高、重现性好。
A new method for the determination of cyclamate in several foods by gas chromatography was studied . It is shown that the cyclamate content was in a good linearity (r = 0.9995). The lowest cyclamate content determined was 0.3μg.The recovery rate was 94.6% - 106.4%. RSD value was less than 4%. At the same time ,the solid samples can be dealt with completely with the ultrasonic method. The method is simple , rapid and accurate. It can be applied to determine cyclamate content in foods.
