摘要
采用湿法消解技术溶样,用原子吸收(A髑)法测定米粉中铁的含量。通过对微波程序的研究,建立米粉、奶粉等的微波消解方法。该方法与传统马弗炉高温灰化消解方法及湿法消化比较,具有准确、简便、安全、省试剂、污染少、消解完全等优点。方法回收率为96%~106%。RSD(n=7)均小于2%。实际样品对比分析结果表明,方法具有良好的准确度,适于奶粉、米粉、豆粉等食品的快速分析。
Microwave digest technique in a close vessel was used in decomposition of the Cereals samples for the subsequent determination of the total of iron by Atomic Absorption Spectrometer (AAS) . Microwave digestion method of these materials with different acid mixtures and different temperature procedure has been developed . It showed that most of the food could be dissolved in the acid mixture of nitric acid by the optimized microwave program. The recovery rotes of this procedure were between 93% and 106%. The RSD was within 1.5%. The proposed method was accurate, rapid and could be used in heavy metals inspection of many kinds of foods.
