磁共振血管造影诊断脑血管疾病的初步研究

Initial study of magnetic resonance angiography in diagnosing cerebral vascular disease

作者分析了２０例正常人的脑磁共振血管造影的表现，研究了１７例脑血管疾病的磁共振血管造影表现及临床资料，初步的研究结果表明：磁共振血管造影用于筛选脑血管疾病是可行的。

Morbidity and possible mortality associated with conventional angiography lead to itscautious use,Magnetic resonance angiography(MRA),without using contrast medium.has power ofvisualizing blood vessels noninvasively.In our study,the normal appearance of MRA in the head of 20persons was investigated,the initial use of MRA of cerebral vascular disease in 17 patients was dis-cussed.The result shows that MRA as a noninvasive method to show blood vessels,is a good meansfor screening abnormalities in the head.
