住院肺癌患者抑郁情绪的调查分析

The Investigation and Analysis of the Despondent Moods of the Primary Bronchogenic Carcinoma Patients in Hospital

目的:对住院肺癌患者抑郁情绪及其相关因素进行调查分法:应用抑郁自评量表(SDS),一般情况调查表及情绪影响相关因素调查表,对120例住院肺癌患者进行问卷调查。所采集的资料应用SPSS软件进行统计分析。结果:住院肺癌患者抑郁发生率为45%,高于国内常模;抑郁发生的相关因素主要有:患者高龄、自费住院、丧偶及预感健康受到威胁。结论:住院肺癌患者抑郁发生率高并与多种因素有关,应针对相关因素采取有效的护理措施。

Objiective To survey the despondent moods and the relevant factors of the primary bronchogenic Carcinoma patients in hospital. Methods To survey by questionnaires the 120 patients of the primary bronchogenicorganized with SPSS. Results The occurrence rate of primary brochogenic carcinoma patients in hospital was 45%, which was higher than that of the domestic rate. And the factors such as venerable ages, seriors economic,condition the death of spouse and the feeling of one＇s health to be threatened were all the relevant factors contributed to the despondent moods. Conclusion Many factors lead to the occurrence of Primary hronchogenic carcinoma, thus the nursing methods should he taken seriously considering the relevant factors.
