Environment Protection Legislation and National Development Strategy

该文从环境立法与国家可持续发展的角度,概述了世界各国环境立法情况,论述了我国环境立法的迫切性。从节约水资源、能源、生态安全和生态赔偿等方面就如何建立我国环境法律系统进行了阐述,并指出在立法的同时必须加强管理以保证法律的有效实施。

This paper gives an introduction to environment protection legislation of many countries and further expounds the urgency of environment protection lawmaking of China from the aspect of environment protection legislation and national sustained development. Besides, it elaborates how to establish environment protection law system from economizing water, energy sources, zoology safety and compensation. In the end, this paper suggests that at the same time it should enhance management as to ensure the efficient enforcement of the laws.
