232名大学生最大摄氧量的测试与分析 被引量:10

摘要 目的了解广西大学大学生的有氧耐力水平,为大学生科学地参加体育活动提供参考依据。方法采用台阶实验测量232名大学生的最大摄氧量(VO2max),并将VO2max与体质、身体成分和耐力进行相关性分析。结果男性VO2max中等组体脂率及1000m跑明显低于一般组(P均<0.01),男女生VO2max与体脂率呈负相关(r分别为-0.21,-0.17,P<0.05);男生VO2max与1000m跑呈负相关(r=-0.41,P<0.05),女生VO2max与800m跑呈负相关(r=-0.12,P<0.05)。结论学生的VO2max总体水平中等,VO2max越好,则体质相对越好。VO2max是衡量有氧代谢能力的主要指标,同时也是评定心脏功能的重要指标。 Objective To understand the oxygen metabolism ability of the college students in Guangxi University so as to guide their exercise training scientifically. Methods A stairs experiment was conducted to determine the VO2max levels in 232 college students in Guangxi University, and a meta- analysis of VO2max with physique, body ingredient and endurance was also conducted. Results Comparing to the common group(VO2max was 40.7 --45.3ml/kg·min^-1 ), the male body lipid rate and the 1000m running time in the middle group (VO2max was 45. 4-51.4ml/kg· min^-1) were lower ( P 〈 0. 01). Inverse association was found between VO2max and body lipid rate in male and femal students ( r was - 0. 21 and - 0. 17, resspectively, P 〈 0. 05). Inverse association between VO2max and 1000m running time was found in male students ( r = - 0. 41, P 〈0.05). Inverse association was also found in female students between VO2max and 800m running time ( r = -0. 12, P 〈 0. 05 ). Conclusion VO2max in students of Guangxi University was in middle level, the better the VO2max was, and their body physique was better. VO2max is a major targert for evaluating the oxygen metabolism ability and also an improtant target for evaluating the heart's function.
