122例支气管肺泡灌洗液培养分析 被引量:3

摘要 目的探讨支气管肺泡灌洗液(BALF)培养及微生物敏感性试验(简称药敏)在肺部感染治疗中的价值。方法对122例严重肺部感染住院患者的BALF行培养及药敏。结果培养出前6位的致病菌分别是铜绿假单胞菌17例(占13.93%),鲍曼/溶血不动杆菌16例(占13.11%),念珠菌阳性14例(占11.48%),大肠埃希菌8例(占6.56%),肺炎克雷伯杆菌7例(占5.74%),金黄色葡萄球菌6例(占4.92%)。致病菌培养阳性82例,阳性率为67.21%(82/122)。BALF中的革兰阴性致病菌对亚胺硫霉素的敏感率为100%,金黄色葡萄球菌对万古霉素的敏感率为100%,念珠菌对两性霉素B的敏感率为100%。结论BALF培养阳性率高,对临床抗生素使用有一定的指导意义。
