Value of MSCT in Dissections Aortic

目的:探讨多层螺旋CT对主动脉夹层应用价值。方法:16例主动脉夹层患者行MSCT平扫、增强血管成像,并应用后处理技术重建。结果:所有病例均可确定诊断及分型、破裂口定位,并能准确测量术前所需数据。结论:结合轴位图像和后处理技术,MSCT能提供详尽、丰富、可靠的影像信息,具有重要价值。

Obiective To discuss the evaluation ot MSISI indissections aortic. Methods Sixteen cases of dissections aorticstudied by sweep and strengthen scanning use MSCT,then use many kinds of treament technology to rebuild. Results All cases determin the diagnosis and type of dissections aortic,have good show of crevasse,and accuratly measure before EVGE. Conclusion Integrate axial view and treatment technology, MSCT can supply detailed affluent and depend- able image message,have high evaluation.
