摘要
在著作权法制建设面向国际、面向未来的趋势下,文章从法学和史学的视野,对近代中国著作权的国内外法制实践进行探索和总结,引发人们对中国著作权法制早期实践历程的关注和思考,以期激起人们主动参与到我国著作权保护的实践中来,以更理性、更宏观、更务实的态度不断完善我国的著作权法律制度。
The present trend of the construction of Copyright Law in China is internationalization. This thesis explores and summarizes the domestic and overseas practice of legal system of Chinese Copyright Law in modern times from the angles of law and history, so as to arouse people＇s attention and consideration of the forepart of such practice. The thesis aims to encourage citizens to actively take part in the practice of protecting Chinese Copyrights and perfect Chinese Copyright Law with a more reasonable, more comprehensive and more practical attitude.
