摘要
为了保证飞行模拟器的动态操纵性能,运动感觉系统的参数需要进行测试。基于先进的MEMS技术的双轴加速度计ADXL202,设计了运动感觉系统实时加速度在线测试系统,分析了该系统软硬件设计的特点,讨论了测量的误差和系统抗干扰问题。在实时加速度测试系统中,数据需要从测试仪传送到主机上,为了提高控制的实时性及接受端对数据的反应速度,利用VC++7.0下的Active控件和RS-232串行接口,实现了在WindowsXP环境下,单台PC机与多台传感器的串行通信,并能实时获取各传感器的数据采集。将分立的各传感器组合成一个运动感觉加速度测试系统,经测试后投入实际使用,整个测试系统运行稳定、操作灵活方便。研究结果表明,该加速度传感器具有良好的精度,而且还具有自校准、抗干扰性强、稳定等特点,适合在飞行模拟器检测中应用。
The parameters of moment sensation system should be tested in order to guarantee the dynamic handling property of flight simulator. Based on biax aeeelerometer ADXL202 with advanced MEMS technique, the inline acceleration testing system at real time on moment sensation system was designed. The designed characteristics on software and hardware of the system were analyzed. The problems of metrical error and systematic antijamming were discussed. The data needs to be transferred from testers to the host computer in the testing system for real-time acceleration. For the sake of improving the eontrulled at real-time and the reaction rate of accepter for data, at the condition of Windows XP, the serial communication between signal PC and multistation of sensors was realized and the data collected by each sensor can be got at real time. The discrete sensors were built up into a testing system on the acceleration of movement sensation. The system has been put into practical use after testing which is running steadily and is easily operated. It is found that the acceleration sensor is provided with the characteristics favorable accuracy and self-alignment, strong interference immunity and stabilization and it is fit for being applied in flight simulator detection.
