摘要
本文介绍了红外热成像技术和神经网络的基本概念,详细介绍红外热成像和神经网络诊断印制电路板故障系统的硬件和软件设计。通过对温度明显改变的部件温度增量差进行神经网络分析的故障识别,减少了定位故障元器件的时间和测试程序集的复杂度。
The principle of applying infrared thermal imaging and neural network is introduced in the paper. And the hardware structure and software design of printed circuit board diagnosis system is also presented. Through the identification of the faults with the neural network analysis that based on temperature difference of the components whose temperature's changed, the method reduced considerably the time of the location of faults and the complication of the programs.
