摘要 目的通过超低温保存自体颅骨瓣回植修补颅骨缺损的实验研究,探讨其临床应用价值。方法在对3只中国大耳灰兔颅骨瓣采用超低温保存后回植修补颅骨缺损的实验研究取得了良好效果的基础上,对12例患者超低温保存自体颅骨瓣回植修补颅骨缺损的临床疗效进行分析。结果12例回植颅骨瓣固定牢固,无感染,无排异,成活良好。结论超低温保存自体颅骨瓣回植修补颅骨缺损疗法能改善外观,方法简便可靠。 Objective To study the clinical effect of replantation with self- skull stored in ultra low temperature on mending the defect of skull. Methods The animal experiment showed that defect of skull in 3 rabbits can be mended by replantatition with self- skull stored in ultra low temperature. Based on the good effect on rabbits, 12 patients were mended with self skull in the same way. Results Among 12 patients, the replanted skull survived well and fixed firmly without infection and repulsion. Conclusions Replantation with selfskull stored in ultra low temperature is a safe and simple method to mend the defect of skull, and it can improve the external appearance.
