DR与阻鼾器在OSAHS诊治中的应用研究

Application of DR Dual-energy Subtraction Technique and Snore Guard for Diagnosis and Treatment of OSAHA

目的通过DR双能量减影技术,确定阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征(OSAHS)患者在戴用阻鼾器前和戴用时阻塞部位的变化。方法首先患者经PSG检测确定为OSAHS,再通过DR双能量减影对口咽部阻塞部位及程度进行确定,用蜡堤固定下颌于前伸下移位置,再用DR同一技术定量评价矢状面软组织变化情况。结果DR双能量减影显示阻鼾器使用前和使用时口咽部阻塞变化明显。PSG检查阻鼾器治疗OSAHS是有效的。结论DR双能量减影能直观、快捷、有效判断OSAHS患者戴用阻鼾器时口咽阻塞部位的变化,避免盲目治疗的发生。

Objective To make sure the obstructive changes in patients with obstructive sleep apnea hypopnea syndrome （ OSAHS） before and when they wear the snore guard by DR dual - energy subtiaction technique. Methods First the patients were diagnosed as OSAHS by PSG, and the position of the obstruction at oral pharynx was ensure by DR. Patient＇ mandible was fix in stretch position with wax, and the change of situation of soft tissue were measure by the same DR technique. Results After using snore guard, DR showed that the changes of obstruction were evident, and PSC was a effective method for diagnosis of OSAHS. Conclusions Dual - energy subtraction technique can be used to observe the change of obstruction effectively directly and rapidly.
