少见部位异位妊娠37例临床分析

Clinical Analysis of 37 Cases of Special-site Ectopic Pregnancies

目的探讨少见部位异位妊娠的误诊原因及诊治。方法对1994年6月-2004年6月收治的37例少见部位异位妊娠者临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果发生率占同期异位妊娠5．19％，术前误诊率为89．19％，患者均行手术治疗，视术中具体情况选择手术方式。结论少见部位异位妊娠临床表现不典型，术前诊断困难，全面分析病史，及早手术探查明确诊断，及时治疗。

Objective To explore the misdiagnosis reasons and diagnosis and therapy of special- site ectopic pregnancy. Methods Retrospective analysis was preformed on 37 eases of special- site ectopie pregnancies in our hospital from June 1994 to June 2004. Results The incidence in that of synchronization eetopie pregnancy was 5.19 %, and the preoperative misdiagnosis rate was 89.19%. All the patients received operation therapy. The choice of operation ways is depended on what is found during operation. Conclusions The clinical features of s pedal- site ectopie pregnancy is not typical, it＇s difficult for preoperative diagnosis. It＇s essential to analysis the disuse history, surgical exploration should be performed , earlier to get better therapeutic effects.
