子宫颈环型电切术在子宫颈病变中的诊治作用

Effects of Loop Electrosurgical Excision Procedure for Diagnosis and Treatment of Cervical Disease

目的研究宫颈环切术(LEEP)在宫颈疾病诊断及治疗中的价值。方法将160例经阴道镜检查多点活检的不同类型宫颈疾病患者进行LEEP术,术后比较两者病理符合率;另取20例因宫颈疾病行传统宫颈锥切术患者与50例LEEP术患者,比较手术时间及术中出血量、术后阴道出血情况、宫颈修复及宫颈狭窄情况。结果LEEP术后病理符合率为94.4%,手术时间短于传统组(P<0.05),出血量少于传统组(P<0.05),术后阴道出血情况,宫颈修复及宫颈狭窄情况基本相似。结论LEEP术治疗宫颈疾病简便安全,早期发现宫颈癌前病变对降低宫颈癌发病率有很大帮助。

Objective To study the value of loop electrosurgical excision procedure （LEEP） in the diagnosis and treatment of cervical disease. Methods One hundred and sixty cases with different type cervical disease.s examined with multiple points cervical biopsy by colposcope were administrated with LEEP again to compare the pathologic coincidence rate. The operation duration, amount of bleeding in operation, postoperative colporrhagia, repair and stenosis of cervix were compared between the traditional electrosurgical knife operation group （ n = 20 ） and LEEP group （ n = 50 ）. Results The pathologic coincidence rate was 94.4 % between the two methods. The operation duration was shorter, and the amount of bleeding in operation was less in the LEEP group than that in the iraditional group （P〈 0.05）. There was not difference in postoperative colporrhagia, repair and stenosis of cervix between the two groups. Conclusions LEPP is effective and safe for cervical disease and is helpful to the early diagnosis of cervical precancerosis and reduce the incidence of cervical carcinoma.
