摘要
目的探讨妊娠期外科急腹症的诊断与治疗。方法回顾性分析我院近7年收治的妊娠期外科急腹症13例的诊治情况。结果急性阑尾炎8例,急性胆囊炎2例,急性胰腺炎2例,急性肠梗阻1例。全组手术治疗7例,其中阑尾切除5例,胆囊切除1例,肠粘连松解1例;剖宫产3例。术后切口感染2例,流产1例,胎儿死亡2例。结论妊娠期外科急腹症应积极手术治疗,妊娠晚期者可先行剖宫产术,增加母婴存活率。
Objective To explore the diagnosis and therapy to surgical acute venter diseases in pregnancy. Methods Retmspectivly analyzing on 14 cases of surgical acute venter diseases in pregnancy admitted by the People＇s Hospital of Xuan-cheng City in recent seven years. Results 8 cases of acute appendicitis, 2 cases of acute cholecystitis, 2 cases of acute pancreatic inflammation and 1 case of acute ileus. Induding 7 cases of exseinding appendix, 1 case of cholecystectomy and 1 case of untying tharm conglutination（3 cases of uterus-incision birth are concomitant）. 2 cases of incision infection, 1 case of abortion and 2 cases of fetus death followed the OPS. Conclusions OPS. is a preferable therapy to cure surgical acute venter diseases in pregnancy, and the livability of mother and baby will been enhanced by adopting uterus-incision birth firstly in the final period of time in pregnancy.
