经腹膜后腔镜肾囊肿去顶术的初步体会

Retroperitoneoscopic Unroofing of Simple Cyst of the Kiney

目的探讨经腹膜后腹腔镜囊肿去顶术治疗单纯性肾囊肿的临床效果。方法回顾性分析7例单纯性肾囊肿的腹腔镜手术适应症和临床资料。结果采用经腹膜后腹腔镜囊肿去顶术治疗单纯性肾囊肿患者7例。7例手术成功,其中1例出现术后出血并发症,术后平均住院7 d。结论经腹膜后腹腔镜囊肿去顶术是治疗单纯性肾囊肿创伤小、效果好的有效方法。

Objective To explore clinical effects of the reteoperitoneoscopic unroofing cures the simple renal cyst. Methods 7 patients with simple cyst of kiney underwent retroper itoneoscopic unroofing, Results Operations on 7 cases were successful, pos toperative bleeding occurred in 1 case, t he mean postoperative hospital stay was 7 days, Conclusions Retroperitoneo scopic unroofing is a both minimally inv asive and effective treatment for simple cyst of kidney.
