Curative Effects of Artificial Femoral Head Arthroplasty for Senile Intertrochanteric Comminuted Fracture

目的观察应用骨水泥型人工股骨头置换术治疗高龄股骨粗隆间粉碎性骨折的疗效。方法对22例股骨粗隆间粉碎性骨折患者均采用骨水泥型人工股骨头假体治疗。结果所有病例随访6～24个月，优10例，良8例，可4例，优良率为81．89％。无1例因手术并发症而死亡。术后1周开始负重。结论人工股骨头置换术是治疗高龄股骨粗隆间粉碎性、不稳定骨折的一种较好疗法，该手术具有显著降低骨折并发箍，早期能下地锻炼等优点。

Objective To evaluate the curative effects of bone cement artificial head arthroplasty for senile intertrochanteric comminuted fracture （ ICF）. Methods Twenty two cases with senile ICF were treated with bone cement artificial head arthroplasty. Results The follow- up was 6 to 24 months. 10 cases got excellent result, 8 cases good and 4 cases fair. The superior rate was 81.89%. There was no death case caused by therapy complications. The heavy burden was allowed in one week. Conclusions The artificial head arthroplasty was preferable method for senile ICF and unstable fracture with the advantage of low incidence rate of complications and early functional train.
