全程健康教育对乳腺癌术后患者生活质量影响的探讨

Explore the Effect of Holistic Health Education on Quality of Postoperative Life for Patients with Mammary Cancer

目的探讨全程健康教育对乳腺癌术后患者生活质量的影响。方法对86例乳腺癌根治术后患者随机分为2组。观察组(n=44),在采用常规护理的基础上运用护理程序进行全程健康教育;对照组(n=42)采用常规护理及传统的卫生宣教。结果观察组患者生活质量明显高于对照组(P<0.01)。结论运用护理程序对乳腺癌根治术后患者进行全程健康教育,可以减轻患者术后心理压力,提高生活质量。

mary cancer Objective To study the effect of holistic health education on quality of postoperative life for patients with mam Methods 86 patients undergoing operation of mammary cancer were randomly selected and divided into observa tion group （ n = 44） and control group （ n = 42）. The holistic health education was performed based on nursing program on patients in observation group. The routine care and classical healthy intruction were performed on patients in control group. Conclusions The holistie health education based on nursing program can release psychological pressure and rise quality of postoperative life for patients with mammary cancer.
