摘要
运用中医外科双线切挂术治疗高位复杂性肛瘘患者36例均痊愈。其中1次手术者32例,2次手术者4例,术后用中药膏、丹、散剂外敷。全部患者肛门括约肌无损伤,无完全失禁和部分失禁现象发生。疗程19￣53天,平均35.2天。脱线时间8￣15天,平均10.5天。
Thirty-six cases of high complicated anal fistula were cured by double-thread incision and hanging method. After surgical operation, herbal paste or powder was applied. The mean course was 35.2 days and mean thread removal time was 10.5 days.
