表面活性剂提高地浸采铀渗透性的初步研究 被引量:19

摘要 含矿层的渗透性是影响原地浸出采铀的一个重要因素。针对新疆某地浸采铀矿山的矿石进行了柱浸实验,初步研究了表面活性剂对含矿层渗透性的影响。结果表明,在溶浸液中加入适当的表面活性剂可显著提高矿层的渗透系数,尤其对低渗透性矿石可使其渗透系数增高30%~40%以上。这对提高地浸采铀的浸出率和资源回收率有重要意义。 The permeability of ore - bearing layer is an important factor affecting in - situ leaching of uranium. The column leaching experiments of ore for the in - situ leaching of uranium in some uranium mine in Xinjiang are carried out, in which the affect of surfactant on the permeability of the ore - bearing layer is studied. The experimental results show that appropriate surfactant added into leaching solution can improve obviously the permeability coefficient of ore - bearing layer, especially, the permeability coefficient of low permeability ore can be increased over 30% -40%. It has important significance to improving the leaching rate of uranium and the recovery rate of resources.
