摘要
目的:探讨血清中β-HCG、游离β-HCG与HCG含量的相关性,寻求它们之间的换算关系。方法:用磁分离酶联免疫技术测定不同组别血清标本中的HCG、β-HCG、游离β-HCG含量,计算β-HCG、游离β-HCG与HCG的相关系数,并作t检验。结果:正常妊娠孕妇血清中β-HCG、游离β-HCG与HCG含量间呈明显正相关,其中孕14-21周孕妇组P<0.05,其余孕妇组P<0.001,异位妊娠孕妇组P>0.05。结论:正常妊娠孕妇血清中β-HCG、游离β-HCG与HCG有明显的相关性;异位妊娠孕妇中没有明显相关性。
Objective:To study corretation of human chofionic gonadotropin, buman chorionic gonadotropin in beta subunit and free human ehofionic gonadotropin in Beta Subnit in human seram, and find out relation of them.Methods: Measured human chofionic conadotropin hunman chorionic gonadotropin in beta subunit, free Human Chofionic gonadotropin in beta Subunit in hunman seram by enzyme linked immunosorbet and magnetic solid phase assay and. Counted coefficient of product- moment correlation of hunman chofionic gonadotropin in beta subunit, free Human Chofionic gonadotropin in beta Subunit and hunman chofionic gonadtropin,and do t- test.Results: Coefficient of product- moment correlation of normal pregnant women group showed clear positive correlation. The probability of normal pregnant women of 14 - 21 weeks was less than 0.05, probability of others was less than 0.001, probability ofectopic pregnancy was larger than 0.05. Conclusion: Mutual relation are clear - out posifiv correlation, in human, chofionic gonadotropin human chofionic gonadotropin in beta subunit and free Human chofionic gonadotropin in Beta Subunit in Hunman seram, of normal pregnant women group In the group of ofectopic pregnancy,There is no obvious correhtion.
