Effect of CC-HCR technology on properties of pipeline steel

摘要 实验室模拟热送直装生产工艺,研究不同装炉温度对产品组织和性能的影响,以实验室得出的结果为基础,提出了高性能管线钢X70钢的热装和直接装炉加热以及轧制工艺。通过三次现场试验,基本确定在同一轧制条件下,板厚为17.5 mm的X70钢可以进行直装或热装轧制,热装或直装钢板性能达到了冷装炉水平。 The effect of different charging temperatures on the structure and properties of the rolled products has been studied by simulating CC-DHCR(Continuous Casting-Direct Hot Charging Rolling) process in the laboratory. On the basis of the experimental result the CC-DHCR or CC-HCR heating and rolling technology for the high property pipeline steel X70 is put forward. Through on-site experiments for three times it is proved that under the similar rolling conditions direct charging or hot charging is appli- cable for 17.5mm X70 pipeline steel and properties of the final rolled products by the CC-HCR process is equal to that by CC-CCR (Continuous Casting-Cold Charging Rolling) process.
