摘要
声表面波(SAW)传感器多参数信息敏感的高灵敏度和弱选择性是影响其应用的一对突出矛盾。该文基于SAW信息敏感的基本原理,把SAW传感器的信息敏感性流程表达为信息流程和信号流程两个相互关联的过程,并借助SAW振荡器的外界振动(ΔI)→SAW速率变化(Δv)→SAW延迟线相位变化(Δφ)→振荡器输出信号频率变化(Δω)的过程映射能力,建立起SAW传感器的信息敏感过程的信号表达模型。进一步深入研究了SAW传感器信息敏感的本质及多参数信息敏感奠定了基础。
The high sensitivity of mutil-parameter information of SAW senson is in contradiction with its low selection in application. Based on the principle of SAW linear superposition and signal orthogonalization, SAW information sensing model using SAW oscillator is founded in this paper with the mapping relation of environmental influence (△I)→ variation of SAW velocity (Av)→phase variation of SAW delay line phase variation (Aφ)→ frequency variation of the oscillator(△ω). This has laid the foundation for further study multi-parameter and information orthogonalization technology.
