摘要
利用虚拟仪器技术和PCI6115高速数据采集卡开发出一种频率、相位差、幅值可调的高性能超声电机测控系统。与传统测控方法相比,该系统具有硬件简单、功能较为完善、测试准确度高等特点。利用Labview内嵌的matlab子程序使系统具有灵活而又强大的信号处理能力,且能为以后的控制理论和算法的应用提供一个很好的平台。
A measuring and controlling system with high performance, which can adjust the frequency , phase difference and amplitude, is developed for ultrasonic motors based on virtual instrument and PCI6115. Compared with old methods, it has many advantages like simple circuit of hardware, consummate, high accuracy of measuring etc. It has the extremely powerful and agile ability of data signal processing by the matlab subroutine embedded in labview. Above of all, it provides a good flat form for the future applications of control theories and algorithms.
