摘要
【目的】探讨为80岁以上高龄患者实施白内障摘除人工晶体植入手术,在选择手术方式上的特点。【方法】2002年1月至2004年12月共有68例(75只眼)高龄白内障患者在本院实施白内障手术,根据病情分别选择了6种手术方式。【结果】所有患者均安全完成手术,脱盲率(视力≥0.05)为90.7%,多数患者手术后视力较术前明显提高,生存质量明显改善。【结论】伴有复杂眼部合并症的高龄白内障患者,应根据其特点选择合适的手术方式,提高手术成功率。
[Objective]To discuss the choice of surgical procedures for aged cataract extradation combined with introcular lens implantation in patients over 80 years old. [Methods]According to preoperative examination, 6 operative methods were used for 75 eyes of 68 patients during the period Jan 2002 to Dec 2004. [Results]All patients were operated safely. The out of blindness rate（Visual acuity VC≥0. 05） was 90. 7%. The VC of most patients was improved significantly. [Conclusion]To improve the rate of surgical success, we should choose proper operative method for patients with complicated ocular disease according to its characteristics.
