摘要 【目的】探讨姿势控制能力对脑卒中患者日常生活活动能力的影响。【方法】80例患者随机分成治疗组(神经促通技术配合感应电及姿势控制训练)和对照组。所有患者均于治疗前和治疗结束进行姿势控制能力评分(PASS),肢体运动功能评分(FMA),日常生活活动能力评分。【结果】两组间姿势控制能力评分,肢体运动功能评分,日常生活活动能力评分训练后比训练前有明显改善(P<0.05);训练后组间比较,治疗组优于对照组,差异有显著性(P<0.01)。【结论】姿势控制训练对脑卒中患者日常生活能力改善有促进作用。 [Objective]To explore the effect of postural control training on daily living function of stroke patients. [Methods]Eighty patients were randomly and equally allocated to the control group (conventional therapy) and training group (postural control training combined faradism in addition to the conventional therapy). All patients were measured by Postural Assessment Scale for stroke patients(PASS).Fugl-Meyer motor assessment and Barthel index before and after rehabilitation training. [Results]There were not significant differences of scores of PASS and FMA between the two groups before rehabilitation training( P〉0.05), but there were significant differences after rehabilitation training( P 〈0.05). Barthel index in therapy group was significantly higher than that in control group ( P 〈0.01). [Conclusion]The postural control training combined faradism can significantly improve the activities of daily living function in stroke patients.
